I try to go carnivore (mainly beef, bacon, eggs and occasional liver) + fermented foods. The fermentation process helps reduce/eliminate sugar and neutralize plant toxins (e.g sauerkraut, kimchi), plus you get some nice vitamin K2. My choice of fermented products are kefir and kombucha.
