    Based on the Rothbard definition of action, do some animals perform economic actions? For example, a bird building his nest is a bird with time preference? Because the bird’s actions or behavior provide for his future protection fulfilling his wants Or is this only animal instinct? does the bird reason as he seeks to survive? How to reconcile that?
