Ordered fiat standard back in July, says the order is still processing. Does anyone know where I can go to get this corrected? Thanks! My apologies if this is the wrong place to ask.

I just ordered the Fiat Standard a week ago, and it says it’s still processing. There’s no customer service contact on the website. I will wait until my book is delivered before subscribing to any of his other services. I’d advise everyone else to do the same.

      I have the same problem, ordered weeks ago and still processing.
      
      Further, I ordered the hard copy book. Is a digital version included in this package?

    Nothing wrong, changed it now manually – we’ll investigate with our payment processor on why this status isn’t updating automatically.

        Yes, apologies for the delay – a lot of complications with the whole supply & distribution chain. There is around 50 books pre-ordered to Thailand, we’ll most likely ship that batch by the end of this week, so you’ll get tracking info via email when book gets on the airmail.

Hello!

I ordered the fiat standard 2 weeks ago (order #22261) and haven’t received a tracking number yet. Is there an estimate time-to-ship to Canada? Or at least a tracking number so I can follow-up myself?
