Maximum limit of UTXO
I have heard John Carvalho say that there is a limit to the UTXOs and that that is the biggest issue regarding scalability. Does lightning really solve this? It seems like it doesn’t. The way I see it we will have to use claims for fractions of satoshis that are redeemable if the quantity amounts to whole satoshis. Please correct me if I a missed something.
