Buying House with Loan or Cash
Hi All,
I wanted to post this on Twitter but then for privacy, I thought to share it here first.
After years of saving, I could now buy Apartment cash.
I’ve decided that this is the apartment I want for the next years, and I don’t want a bigger or cheaper one for me and my family. It’s great for us.
I have a good job.
Everyone I ask is suggesting to ask for a loan anyway and invest the money.
Would like to hear your opinion.

Hi Claudio,
In my opinion, if you have enough cash to pay for an apartment i would invest a part of that money for a extra stream of income and consider taking a loan. However since you are here on saifedean asking the question…. Why not dollar cost average like half of that currency in Bitcoin? And be patient for a few more years! If you hae a steady job and a steady stream of income now, why settle for 1 apartment?
