IMF and World bank mechanics
Hi Saif,
Do you plan on having a chapter explaining how the IMF and World banks work within the framework of the global monetary system? I am sure that a lot of people will find it very helpful to understand the relation of the these entities to the US Fed, ECB. How they help perpetuate the Fiat standard and some discussion on SDRs and if it feasible to include hard money like Bitcoin and Gold in the SDR basket in the future.
If you feel this book is not the right place for this, I would appreciate some references to others that describe the workings of IMF and World bank.
